A collection of certification logos is not a substitute for model-specific evidence. Use a document checklist to clarify the scope before ordering or shipping.

Start with an agreed specification

Request the exact model, drawing revision, cell configuration, BMS limits and interfaces. Record any options agreed for your project and check that the sample matches this specification.

Check model and configuration coverage

For each test report or declaration, check the issuing entity, model number, scope and revision. A cell report does not automatically cover every pack assembled from that cell. Ask the supplier to explain which documents apply to your configuration.

Confirm transport and destination requirements

Give the supplier and freight partner the destination, transport mode, battery configuration and shipment quantity. Ask them to confirm the current documentation and packaging requirements for that shipment. Requirements can vary with the product and transport route.

The applicable document set is confirmed per model and project. Request the current documents during the technical review rather than relying on a generic catalogue claim.
