MOTIVE POWER

Golf carts & utility vehicles

Design for a full working day. Match the battery to the vehicle’s controller, terrain, payload and charging routine.

Product supply & OEM enquiries

A documented 51.2V 100Ah reference platform is available to discuss. The supplied configuration and suitability for each vehicle are confirmed during project review.

BEFORE WE DEFINE THE PACK

The details that shape your project.

Battery project requirements
RequirementWhat to share or confirm
Vehicle and controller versionIdentify the vehicle, model year, original battery system, motor and controller. Include the complete DC voltage window, not only the 48V system label.
Loaded hills and repeated startsDescribe passengers or cargo, gradients and start-stop duty. Provide continuous and peak battery current with duration, and any regenerative braking requirements.
Tray, mounting and accessoriesSend the tray drawing, fixing points and cable layout. Include lights or other auxiliary loads, their DC-DC supply and any gauge or vehicle interlock interfaces.
Fleet charging and storageShare the charger model, charging window, daily working pattern and seasonal storage. Existing lead-acid charging equipment requires review before a lithium conversion.
Pilot vehicles and service ownershipIdentify who installs, validates and services the system. Separate sample vehicles from the planned rollout and agree what evidence is needed before repeat orders.

An incomplete specification is welcome. Send the known requirements first; unresolved items become part of the review.

MAKE THE RIGHT CONNECTIONS

What should your battery do?

The 51.2V 100Ah platform provides a 5.12kWh nominal energy reference. Usable energy and vehicle range depend on the final BMS settings, load and operating conditions. A pack is not a universal drop-in replacement.

01

System voltage: distinguish the 48V class from the actual nominal voltage.

02

Peak current: include hill starts, acceleration and regenerative braking.

03

Physical fit: provide the battery tray dimensions and mounting points.

04

Fleet operation: define charging windows and expected daily use.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Before your first enquiry.

Is the reference pack a drop-in fit for every golf cart?

No. Review the exact vehicle, controller, charger, dimensions and interfaces. An existing 48V system label does not by itself establish compatibility with a 51.2V nominal pack.

What are the order quantity and delivery options?

Share the sample vehicle count, rollout quantity, destination and required date. MOQ, price, delivery and any mounting or interface changes are confirmed for the selected configuration and supply conditions.

What should a fleet pilot validate?

Use representative payloads, terrain and charging routines. Check current demand, thermal behaviour, gauges and protection responses, and document installation and service steps before a larger rollout.
